Return & Refund Policy

At Chiccasen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as we provide premium organization products, we have strict guidelines to ensure the quality of our returns.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returns (Strictly Enforced)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Clean & Unused: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all protective materials included.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, is dirty, damaged by the customer, or is missing parts. If a non-compliant item is returned to us, no refund will be issued.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please do not return it immediately. Instead, you must email us at customercare@chiccasen.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item AND the packaging condition.

We require these proofs to validate your claim. We will evaluate the issue and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a replacement or a refund.

4. How to Return & Packaging Responsibility

To start a return for non-damaged items (e.g., change of mind), please contact us at customercare@chiccasen.com for the return address.

Important Warning regarding Return Packaging:

  • Buyer is Responsible: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Pack Carefully: You must ensure the returned items are carefully and securely packed (preferably in the original box with bubble wrap).
  • Damage in Transit: If the returned item arrives at our warehouse damaged due to poor packaging, we will not be able to issue a full refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
