Store functions stay available
Necessary bag, checkout, consent and regional-currency functions are separate from optional tracking.
If changing your delivery country changes the currency, checkout refreshes its payment options. During that refresh, ordinary contact and address fields may be kept briefly in your browser session and removed immediately after restoration. This does not retain card details, passwords, payment tokens or consent checkboxes.

Analytics and Advertisement have separate choices. You can return to the cookie controls at any time.

The current list explains the store cookie families, their purposes and their browser lifetimes.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files placed in your browser when you visit a website. Some remain for a browser session; others remain until their expiry or until you delete them. Similar technologies include tags, pixels and local storage.
These technologies can support the store, remember your choices and, where allowed, measure website use and advertising. The purpose matters as well as the technology used.
2. How CHICCASEN uses them
We use cookies to keep your shopping bag and checkout working, remember consent choices, protect the store and maintain regional currency settings. An IP-based country lookup supports regional prices; it does not request precise GPS location.
Once you select a delivery country, we remember it in your necessary shopping session so prices, your shopping bag and checkout use one currency: GBP for delivery to the United Kingdom and USD for other destinations. Product-offer links do not override your delivery country.
Optional analytics and advertising serve different purposes and follow their respective choices. Some external services are used only when you choose a feature, such as a payment method, a WhatsApp conversation or an external parcel lookup.
Our online withdrawal service for every destination we serve uses a short-lived necessary cookie to secure the declaration form. It does not require optional analytics or advertising consent.
3. Store functions, analytics and advertising
Necessary store, checkout and consent functions
These include bag/session functions, payment security, consent preferences and the regional settings needed to show prices and maintain the currency through checkout. CartFlows checkout-session cookies support the active checkout, separately from its disabled internal funnel analytics. These store functions remain available when you reject optional analytics and advertising. Disabling necessary cookies in your browser may prevent parts of the store from working.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps measure website and shopping activity. WooCommerce order-attribution cookies record the source and session information associated with an order. These optional measurement cookies follow the Analytics choice, separately from the necessary shopping-bag cookies. CartFlows’ separate funnel-visit analytics is disabled.
Advertisement
Meta Pixel and the Conversions API measure advertising and relevant shopping events. Meta’s visitor advertising identifiers, scripts and optional server signals follow the Advertisement choice. This does not disable the separate product-catalogue connection. We do not treat a scheduled or administrative order update as a customer’s advertising consent.
4. Services and external connections
CookieYes provides the consent controls and records your choices. Google Tag Manager and the Google Tag deliver the relevant Google tags; a Google script may be requested before you make a choice, even when analytics cookies and events have not been activated. Retrieving an external script discloses technical connection information to its provider.
PayPal and checkout security services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when needed for the payment or checkout feature you choose. A Google reCAPTCHA check, where used for payment security, can set its security cookie when executed. Their details depend on the chosen feature and provider.
MailPoet remains in use for email communications, and Hostinger Reach remains connected for checkout and purchase workflows. Abandoned-cart email capture is disabled. Unused Reach form scripts are not loaded on pages without a Reach form. Website cookie choices do not unsubscribe you from marketing email.
WhatsApp and 17TRACK are external links you choose. Their own privacy and cookie terms apply when you open and use those services. Read more about the services and data they handle in our Privacy Policy.

Eligible PayPal checkout options may request Google Pay or Apple Pay resources to check wallet availability and provide an eligible payment option. 5. Manage your choices
You can accept, reject or customise optional categories using our cookie controls. Use the button below to revisit your choices or withdraw optional consent.
Choosing not to allow optional Analytics or Advertisement tracking does not prevent you from placing an order. Withdrawing an optional choice stops the corresponding tracking for future visits or actions; it does not automatically erase information already collected. Cookies are set when the relevant feature and choice apply. The disabled CartFlows funnel-visit cookies are not included as active store cookies.

Persistent lifetimes above are expiry limits or observed browser durations. Browsers may shorten them, and an eligible later visit may refresh a cookie. Session cookies have no fixed persistent expiry; the browser determines the session. These browser lifetimes do not describe how long a provider retains information already collected. PayPal and security cookies may be set on the provider’s domain and can differ according to the payment method, device, eligibility and feature used; not every listed payment cookie is set for every visitor.
7. Browser controls
Your browser may let you block, delete or restrict cookies and browser storage. Deleting cookies can remove your shopping-bag session or saved preferences, including a saved cookie choice. If you return after removing the preference cookie, you may need to make your choice again.

8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, services or requirements change. We will show a revised Last Updated date on this page. If a new optional purpose requires a fresh choice, our consent controls will request it.
