1. Use of This Website

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are using it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site.

You must not misuse this website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, or use the site for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

2. Online Store Terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized transactions, pricing or stock errors, or breach of these Terms.

3. Product Information and Availability

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, including differences in color, texture, finish, packaging, or display appearance caused by screen settings, photography, lighting, or production updates.

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue, replace, update, or modify products at any time without liability where reasonably necessary.

4. Prices and Pricing Errors

Before you select a delivery country, prices are shown in GBP for visitors in the United Kingdom and USD for other visitors. Once a delivery country is selected, orders delivered to the United Kingdom are priced and charged in GBP; orders delivered elsewhere are priced and charged in USD. The same currency applies to your shopping bag, checkout and payment request. Review the updated total if you change the delivery country. Your payment provider may separately offer conversion to your account or card currency.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we accept and process your order for dispatch.

We may, in limited circumstances, decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

6. Billing and Payment

We accept payment methods made available at checkout, including PayPal-related payment services where offered.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not store your full card details on our website.

7. International Shipping and Customs (DDP Service)

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, peak periods, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Orders accepted at checkout include complimentary standard delivery and applicable customs duties and import taxes in the order total. You do not need to pay these import charges separately on delivery. Optional paid delivery upgrades are available where offered at checkout; any additional charge is shown before you pay.

Normal customs clearance does not create a second charge for the duties and import taxes already included in your order. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact customer care with the notice before paying so we can investigate.

If an address error or a refused delivery creates a proposed redelivery or return charge, customer care will explain the reason and amount and confirm the arrangement with you before proceeding. Such a charge does not change our included-duty promise or limit any mandatory consumer right.

8. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe stated on our website or in our shipping information. Any delivery date or timeframe is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We remain responsible for loss of or damage to the goods until you, or a person you nominate to receive them (other than the carrier), take physical possession of them. If you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option, risk may pass when we hand the goods to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your rights against the carrier or any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Consumer Rights

Your return and cancellation rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory legal rights under the laws applicable in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable, distance-selling or consumer protection laws may give you a right to cancel within a statutory period. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for practical instructions on how to exercise any available return or cancellation rights.

We offer a worldwide 14-day withdrawal service for online purchases delivered to every destination we serve. Give notice before delivery or within 14 calendar days after receipt using Withdraw from contract or a clear email declaration to customercare@chiccasen.com. No account, reason or prior approval is required. The Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the return period, refund timing, inspection and postage terms. This is a CHICCASEN service commitment; your mandatory rights, including any longer or more favourable local protection, remain available. Our separate 30-day commercial return policy also remains in place. Sending notice does not itself confirm a parcel stop or completed refund.

10. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is always complete, current, or error-free.

Product specifications, prices and the delivery and returns terms displayed for your order describe what we offer. Editorial articles provide general guidance and do not replace the product details. If a product or order detail is unclear, contact us before purchasing. If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will explain it and the available options; your consumer rights are unaffected.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party sites that are not under our control.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies provided by those third parties.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove, edit, refuse, or moderate user-submitted content where reasonably necessary.

Our liability for any claim relating to a product purchased through this website shall, where permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for that product.

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruption, customs delay, carrier issues, natural events, strikes, pandemics, internet outages, government action, or supply chain disruption.
