For most major destinations, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means customs duties and import taxes are included where applicable, so the price shown at checkout is generally the final price you pay upon delivery.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days.
(Note: During peak periods, promotional events, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take up to 4 business days.)

*Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, inaccurate address details, weather conditions, or peak periods.
3. Tracking Your Order
Peace of mind is part of the luxury. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to redirect or reroute orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at customercare@chiccasen.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
5. Lost or Missing Parcels
If the tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- check around your property or designated safe place;
- check with neighbours, building reception, or household members; and
- allow a short additional period in case of delayed final delivery scanning.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the next steps, including carrier follow-up where appropriate.
