Before choosing the Vanity Case
The currently available case measures 21 × 12 × 15 cm / 8.3 × 4.7 × 5.9 in externally (L × W × H), with height excluding the handle. Its removable organiser has fixed dividers. Compare these details with the essentials you plan to carry; external dimensions are not individual compartment measurements. The product page explains materials, weight and included items.
Looking after your case
Gently wipe the exterior, lining and organiser with a make-up remover suited to the make-up you are cleaning. This guidance excludes elasticated loops, the zip and metal fittings. Wipe clean only; do not rinse, soak or machine-wash. Dry fully before storing in the supplied dust bag.
Delivery & tracking
Orders placed on chiccasen.com are dispatched within 3 days of placing your order. Standard delivery, customs duties and import taxes are included. Optional paid delivery upgrades are shown at checkout. Our shipping page gives estimated transit times after dispatch. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number.
Returns & order issues
For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in resalable condition, with original packaging and included accessories where reasonably possible. Contact us before returning anything. Customers cover change-of-mind return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email your order number, a description and clear photos as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and advise on the next steps. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains eligibility and processing; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Can I change an address or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will do our best to help before the order is processed for shipment.
Where can I check measurements and what is included?
The current Vanity Case product page lists its external dimensions, materials, weight and included items. Make-up and props shown for styling are not included.
