Our online withdrawal service is available in every destination we serve. You can withdraw before your order arrives or within 14 days after delivery. Our separate 30-day return policy remains available under its own terms. Any stronger rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

This alternative form records your notice immediately for review. It does not confirm eligibility, extend the standard 14-day or 30-day periods, or approve a refund. You do not need to wait for customer care to reply before sending a notice. Any stronger legal rights remain unaffected.
